939系列卡车是美国5吨级6×6辆重型军用卡车。基础货运型的设计运输能力为 10,000磅（4,500 公斤），可以全天候全地形使用。在上世纪70年代后期开始设计，用来代替M39和M809系列卡车，于70年代末服役。M939车族主要包括卡车、牵引车和救援车，总产量大约32000辆。
其中M923(M925带有绞盘)为两边侧栏板可以放下的货运卡车，因此它可以从使用叉车从侧面装卸货物。
